Enhanced Wellness Care Is Different
At APG, our Enhanced Wellness Care program was designed to be the opposite of traditional hurried care. With Dr. Christopher Green, you’ll receive direct, personalized attention, same or next-day appointments, and the time you need to truly focus on your health.
When you join Enhanced Wellness Care:
You’ll see your doctor every time. No substitutes or unfamiliar faces.
Appointments will start on time. No long waits in the lobby.
You won’t be rushed. You’ll have the time to discuss all your questions and concerns.
You’ll have direct after-hours access. Reach your physician by personal cell phone or email for urgent needs.
You’ll receive same-day, next-day, and telehealth visits Monday through Friday.
In-suite lab draws, expedited paperwork, and prescription management are included.
Hospital and specialist coordination will be managed on your behalf.
Each year, you and Dr. Green will complete an Enhanced Wellness Care comprehensive assessment. This includes advanced health screenings and tests often not covered by insurance, and together you’ll create a tailored plan to help you prevent disease and stay well.
A Message from Dr. Green
My goal has always been to deliver direct, personalized care that puts patients first. As a second-generation healthcare provider, I’ve spent over 30 years serving this community. I’m excited to announce the launch of my Enhanced Wellness Care model at APG.
While some call this type of personalized healthcare “concierge medicine,” our program is different. Rather than paying a fee for access alone, your membership covers a clearly defined set of medically relevant services focused on prevention, early detection, and wellness—services that insurance simply doesn’t cover.
To ensure I have the time and energy to deliver this level of care, I will only accept a limited number of patients in this program.
Enrollment Details
The APG Enhanced Wellness Care program is effective July 1, 2024.
Annual Membership Fee: $2,100
(This fee is not covered by insurance and can be paid annually, quarterly, or monthly.)The membership includes the additional amenities listed above but does not cover professional clinical services billable through Medicare or insurance.
I remain an in-network provider for all APG-accepted insurance plans.

Enhanced Wellness Care with Dr. Green is now available. We are currently accepting patients into the program, but there are a limited number of spots available.

Yes, we have annual, quarterly and monthly options. There are a limited number of spots in the Enhanced Wellness Care practice model and this secures your place.

Payment plans will be based on sign-up date and depending on your plan, charges will end after your first, 4th or 12th payment.
If signing up after July 1, 2025, your plan will renew on the first day of the month after 1 year.

You can sign up here on the web site by selecting one of the payment options listed here. Payments can be made as a one-time payment, quarterly payments or monthly payments. You can also sign up by calling the enhanced care phone number (618-509-4866) and submit payment over the phone with our Enhanced Wellness Care manager. You may also pay in person at the office with a check.

Yes, APG requires 30 days notice. If paid in full or quarterly, a pro-rated amount will be returned.

When you sign up for our Enhanced Wellness Care Program, you’ll receive access to Dr. Green’s personal cell phone and his personal email. Dr. Green will be accessible to you 24/7.

This is not insurance, so we do not file with your insurance company for the Enhanced Wellness Care program fee. We do, however, file with your insurance for routine services ordered and followups.

In most cases, the Enhanced Wellness Program fee is not covered by FSA/HSA. Check with your plan administrator to confirm.
