APG Concierge Primary Care is designed for patients who want more time, easier access, closer follow-up, and a long-term relationship with Christopher Green, MD.

Membership benefits:

Your membership supports:

  • Longer, unhurried appointments—typically 30 to 60 minutes

  • Same- or next-day appointments when medically appropriate and available

  • Direct after-hours access to Dr. Green for urgent concerns

  • A comprehensive annual health assessment and personalized strategy

  • Proactive prevention, screening, and healthy-aging planning

  • Chronic-condition management with time to address the complete picture

  • Medication review and reconciliation

  • Help coordinating testing, specialists, and follow-up

  • Independent referral recommendations across hospital systems and independent practices

  • Telehealth when appropriate

  • A smaller practice where you are known personally

Because APG is not owned by a hospital system, Dr. Green can consider the qualified specialist or facility that best fits your clinical needs, insurance, preferences, location, urgency, and appointment availability—not simply one system's bottom line.

Membership pricing

Annual Payment

$2,100 paid once annually

This is the lowest-total-cost payment option.

Quarterly Payment

Four payments of $600

Total annual cost: $2,400

Monthly Payment

Twelve payments of $220

Total annual cost: $2,640


Quarterly and monthly options provide the convenience of spreading payments throughout the year and have a higher total annual cost.

Membership and insurance work together

Concierge membership is not a replacement for health insurance. You should continue to carry Medicare or other health insurance. Covered medical services may still be billed to your insurance, and your normal copays, coinsurance, or deductibles may apply.

The membership fee supports the enhanced access, time, coordination, and relationship-based services that insurance generally does not cover.

What is not included

Unless APG confirms otherwise in your membership agreement, the fee does not pay for outside laboratory services, imaging, prescriptions, specialist care, emergency care, hospital care, procedures, or other services supplied by third parties.
