Choosing a concierge physician is personal. Before you join, Dr. Christopher Green invites you to a brief, no-pressure conversation about what you want from primary care and whether APG Concierge Primary Care is the right fit.

Your Meet & Greet is a chance to ask about:

• Direct physician contact for urgent after-hours concerns

• Prevention, healthy aging, and chronic-condition management

• How Medicare or health insurance works alongside membership

• APG's independent referral approach

• Annual, quarterly, and monthly payment choices

• Any concern you have about changing primary-care physicians

Why APG is different

Dr. Green owns and directs his local practice. APG is not owned by a hospital system, so his specialist recommendations are not automatically limited to one organization's network.

The practice is intentionally small, allowing it to be more personal, fast, and flexible. Members are not routed through layers of centralized scheduling or left wondering which clinician knows their story.
