RN, BOARD CERTIFIED FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER

Jodi is a board certified Nurse Practitioner serving patients primarily in our Edwardsville office. She received both her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and her Masters of Science in Nursing from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.

Prior to joining the combinatorial care team at APG, Jodi was a Family Nurse Practitioner at the SSM Health Medical Group in Fairview Heights, and worked on the Missouri side in their Maternal & Fetal Care Center in St. Louis.

Jodi treats patients in Pain Management and/or Internal Medicine according to the direction and training collaborative physicians. She is a certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and both the Illinois and Missouri State Boards of Nursing.

BOARD CERTIFIED FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER

Christy is a Family Nurse Practitioner board-certified in both Illinois and Missouri. She sees patients primarily in our O’Fallon location.

Christy received her Associates and Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Goldfarb School of Nursing, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana State University.

Prior to joining the Pain and Internal Medicine departments at APG, Christy was a Family Nurse Practitioner at Mantality Health, Multicare Specialist and Signify Health, and was an RN at Anderson Hospital ER.

CERTIFIED NURSE PRACTITIONER – PAIN SPECIALIST

Elizibeth “Libby” Pittman is a board-certified nurse practitioner whose primary focus is adult pain management and resolution. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville and a Master of Science in Nursing from Southern University in Savannah, Georgia. She earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Southeastern Illinois College in Harrisburg, IL, and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Libby’s specialty is pain care. She has cared for patients in hospital, urgent care, and outpatient settings. She has held numerous director positions throughout her career and sees collaboration with other specialties as the catalyst for the best possible patient outcomes. She joined Associated Physicians Group in December of 2017.

As a valued member of our healthcare team, Libby cares for patients primarily at our Swansea location but will be seeing patients at our other locations as well.

BOARD CERTIFIED FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER

Louis has worn many hats. From being in the Army deployed in Iraq as a combat medic to the police force in Chicago as an Academy Instructor and Law Enforcement Medical and Rescue trainer to a Registered Nurse with a Masters in Nursing to a Chiropractor and now a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Pain Management in our Alton Office.

Louis attended the University of Illinois Chicago where he earned a bachelor degree in Psychology & Biology, received multiple certifications from the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL, received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and his Master of Science in Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner (Magna Cum Laude) from the International College of Health Sciences in Boynton Beach, FL.

A multi-talented healthcare professional, Louis sees patients for pain management in our Alton, IL location.

RN - BOARD CERTIFIED NURSE PRACTITIONER

Sarah is a registered nurse and a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Nursing from McKendree University and her Master of Nursing from Maryville University in St Louis. In a previous life, Sarah worked as a Registered Nurse and Team Lead at BJC, and was an RN at Alton Memorial Hospital for 14 years.

Sarah is seeing patients with Dr. Christopher Green in our Alton Internal Medicine office.
