Dr. William Thom is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist with fellowship training in Pain Management. A Millstadt and Belleville native, he graduated from Bradley University’s Honors program summa cum laude in 1997. He attended medical school at Saint Louis University where he graduated with honors in 2001. He went on to complete an internship at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center and trained as an Anesthesiologist at Barnes Jewish Hospital, Washington University in St. Louis. Following his residency training in 2005, he completed an intensive fellowship program at the renowned Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He is currently the Medical Director of Associated Physician’s Pain Management Center in Swansea, IL, as well as the Medical Director of St. Luke’s Outpatient Pain Center in Chesterfield, MO. Dr. Thom’s primary area of interest is interventional pain management and multimodal care of the chronic pain patient. Dr. Thom resides in St. Louis with his fiancée, Amy.
