David Church General Manager and O’Fallon Practice Manager
David has two bachelor’s degrees from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. One is in Liberal Studies with a minor in Business Administration, and the other is in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology.
He started at APG in 2003 as a rehabilitation and diagnostic technician. He specializes in diagnostic sonograms and nerve conduction studies. He was promoted to manager in October of 2006 and promoted to GM in 2009.
