Dr. Jason Bollenbaugh is a Chiropractic Physician at Associated Physicians Group.
Dr. Bollenbaugh attended Eastern Illinois University for his undergraduate studies prior to completing Chiropractic school at the National University of Health Sciences. He has post-graduate coursework in Golf Bio-Mechanics, Runners and Running Injuries, and Sports and Athlete related injuries.
Dr. Bollenbaugh was raised in the rural town of Casey located in the East Central portion of Illinois. He currently resides in Breese, IL.
