Doctor of Physical Therapy, Creve Coeur Practice Manager

Alicia Borawski was born and raised in St. Louis, MO.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, Masters in Physical Therapy, and Doctor of Physical Therapy all from Saint Louis University.  She has extensive post-graduate education on a variety of orthopedic topics, prenatal and postpartum fitness, movement impairment syndromes, manual therapy techniques, and vestibular rehabilitation.  Alicia has treated patients in a variety of outpatient settings and skilled nursing facilities.  She has worked in treating orthopedic dysfunction and chronic pain for the last 6 years.

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Jaime received a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from St. Louis University.  She went on to complete SLU’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy program.  Throughout her clinical rotations, Jaime has gained experience from several outpatient facilities, including:

• Scott Air Force Base
• Alton Memorial Hospital
• Hobbs Orthopedic & Sports Therapy
• Concentra Medical Centers

Since graduating from SLU, Jaime has been certified through Matheson to complete F.C.E.'s  and completed a course on Pregnancy and Postpartum.

Jaime is CPR certified. She will primarily be treating patients in our O’Fallon and Swansea facilities.

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Nicole Leuchtmann was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. She received her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees from Marville University of St. Louis. Nicole has treated patients in a variety of outpatient settings, skilled nursing facilities, and acute care rehabilitation hospitals.

Nicole has a special interest in orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

She is currently engaged to be married and looking for a house with her fiance in the Kirkwood or Webster areas.

Nicole is seeing patients in the Creve Coeur office.

Licensed Physical Therapist, Swansea Practice Manager

Sara is a licensed physical therapist. In 2004, she graduated from SLU with a Masters in Physical Therapy. She also earned a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from SLU in 2002. She has nine years of Orthopedic experience, which includes Missouri Baptist Medical Center, Rehab One Network and APG.

She has completed many hours of advanced training, including but not limited to:

• Pre-Natal and Post-Partum Exercise Design
• Positional Release Technique
• Mobilization and Manipulation of the Lumbar and Sacral Spine
• Fall Prevention Strategies

Sara currently treats patients in the Swansea office where she is also the Practice Manager.

She lives in Smithton with her husband and 2 children.

Licensed Physical Therapist, Edwardsville Practice Manager

Maria obtained her Bachelor’s of Science degree from Briar Cliff College in Iowa. She went on to receive her Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences. She comes to APG with 20 years of experience with 16 of those years being in orthopedic clinics.

Licensed Physical Therapist, Maryville Practice Manager

Jason received his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University.  He followed this with a Master's degree in Health Science Management from Lindenwood University  He has twenty years of experience with more than fourteen in the outpatient orthopedic setting.  He also has a great deal of experience helping  patients with chronic pain.  He specializes in knee, shoulder and spine rehabilitation.

Jason is heading up the Maryville office.

Physical Therapist

Jessica received a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Maryville University in 2008. Since that time, she has worked primarily in orthopedic outpatient settings. She has completed advanced training in vestibular rehabilitation, women's health, with main education lying in manual based treatment for cervical, thoracic, lumbar spine, and SIJ dysfunction.

Jessica currently lives in O'Fallon with her husband and sees patients in the O'Fallon APG office.
