Three Phases of Care

A typical first-time office visit to APG Pain Management & Physical Therapy consists of a three-phase consultation. You'll first sign in and be interviewed by our triage staff, who will provide an initial evaluation and consultation.

Then our Pain Specialist Physician, William Thom, MD, will diagnose your cause of pain and provide a recommended course of treatment specific to your needs. This treatment course may involve interventional pain management administered by Dr. Thom.

When applicable, a rehabilitation course designed to strengthen and rehabilitate your specific area of pain will be recommended and implemented to increase your chances of preventing the pain from returning.
