APG Pain Management & Physical Therapy is a combination medical practice and therapy center dedicated to helping patients get out of pain and stay there. We use a multi-disciplinary approach to pain management that combines the expertise of an interventional pain management physician with physical therapists, advanced current high-tech rehabilitation equipment and if needed, chiropractic medicine.

We have three pain management/physical therapy offices in the Metro East region: Edwardsville, Swansea, and O'Fallon and a "physical therapy only" centers in Maryville, IL and Creve Coeur, MO.

We accept most major insurances including Medicare, TriCare and Essence.
